VIVID DRESSES WILL ALWAYS MATCH AN ONLINE COMPETITOR'S FULL PRICE (NON-SALE/CLEARANCE PRICE) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• The product is an exact match. This means that the product we’re price matching has to be exactly the same style, colour, size and the same quantity is available at the time (No Pre-Order or Special Order/Made to Order items).

• We will only Price Match products sold within Australia in Australian dollars.

• The product must be available at the quoted price at the same time of purchase with Vivid Dresses.

• The product must be genuine and authentic (no copycat sites).

• Evidence is required to show the competitor's advertised price for the identical product advertised.

• Competitor must be an Online only Official Stockist and cannot be an auction, liquidation sale, warehouse outlet, or closing down sales. 

• We are unable to match prices for damaged, second-hand, reduced floor stock items. Price match guarantee excludes any retailers undergoing administration or are closing down.

• If an item is not in stock at another store, we do not match the price. We do not price match stores that do not list or answer a contact phone number, that do not list a business address, or that list nearly all items as discounted. 

• We do not match coupons with a restricted number of uses.

• Coupons may not be stacked or mixed and matched with price matches; i. e. we will only match a coupon and price together if the coupon and price are both offered by the same competitor at the same time.

• A limited number of brands, including Miss Holly and Nookie are excluded from this policy at this time.

• There may be exclusions to honouring coupons on new arrivals and bestsellers. Those products will be tagged as such on our site.
