How to Order

Placing an order with us is easy! Once you've found a style you like, select your size and colour from the options available and simply "Add to Cart"!

You can order as many dresses as you like and if you are unable to find the size or colour that you are after, please place a Back in Stock request via the 'Can't find your size?' link on the product page or contact us via the contact form on the product page, Contact Us page, Live Chat or email customercare@vividdresses.com.au. More often than not we will be able to help you with additional requests for sizes, colours or styles!

All information on the dresses including designer, sizing and delivery times can be found in the description, to the right of the images on the product page. We make every effort to accurately portray and describe the colours and styles offered. Please note, that there may be slight discrepancies with colour and patterned fabric (including lace) due to bulk production. This cannot be avoided, and we try to ensure the product advertised is as close a match as possible.

For Bridal Party orders, it is highly recommended that all dresses are ordered and purchased together. This can be done by adding all the bridesmaids dresses one after another to the shopping cart prior to checking out and making payment. This will ensure that your dresses will be from the same batch of fabric, and will be the same colour. This is very important as sometimes the fabric colours may vary due to different fabric rolls and dye lots. When placing your order, please advise the date of wedding and bridal party name in the 'Order Notes/Wear Date' field in the shopping cart. Colour Disclaimer: Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's colour on our website, actual colours may vary. Due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor and/or video card differences as well as photography lighting, subtle variations in colour and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.

Stock Availability

All items listed online are available and ready to be shipped. We do strive to keep adequate stock to fulfil all orders, however, from time to time certain items and sizes may be out of stock or unavailable due to a system error. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time prior to proceeding with your order or provide some alternative options. If we are not able to fulfill your order by the required time or the item ordered is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
